PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SAFETY RULES PRIOR TO OPERATION OF THE HEATER

WARNING
1) For use outdoors or in amply ventilated areas.
2) An amply ventilated area must have a minimum of 25 % of the surface area open.
3) The surface area is the sum of the walls surface.
WARNING: Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause injury or property damage. Read the installation, operating and maintenance instructions thoroughly before installing or servicing this equipment.

-This appliance must be installed and the gas cylinder stored in accordance with the regulations in force;
-Do not obstruct the ventilation holes of the cylinder housing;
-Do not move the appliance when in operation;
-Shut off the valve at the gas cylinder or the regulator before moving the appliance;
-The tubing or the flexible hose must be changed within the prescribed intervals;
-Use only the type of gas and the type of cylinder specified by the manufacturer;
The LP tank used with your patio heater must meet the following requirements:
Purchase LP tanks only with these required measurements:
(31.8cm (diameter) x 58cm (height)) with 15kg maximum capacity.
-In case of violent wind particular attention must be taken against tilting of the appliance; Keep the appliance at least 1m from the gas cylinder.
-The injector is installed by the manufacturer only.
Do not connect the gas cylinder directly to the appliance without regulator. Use only the type of gas and the type of cylinder specified in the instructions.
A regulator (complies with EN 16129:2013 and the national regulation) of the correct pressure corresponding to the appliance category.
Use 30mbar regulator for butane/propane under the category I3B/P(30).
Use 30mbar regulator for butane under the category I3+(28-30/37).
Use 37mbar regulator for propane under the category I3+(28-30/37).
Use 50mbar regulator for butane/propane under the category I3B/P(50).
It’s recommended to use flexible hose that’s approved by EN 16436: 2014.
The customer is responsible to comply with all the safety rules mentioned both here and in the user’s manual/instructional booklet included with the unit and failing to do so could result in serious and fatal injuries. Toronto patio heater assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to the user or the property as a result of improper handling or operation of the unit.
RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, Our crew will come to your location to take the heater and complete the return process.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Thank you for shopping with Toronto Patio Heater. We hope you are happy with your purchase and that you will refer us to your family and friends. Please note that all our products are final sale. This means that we will not be able to provide you with any refund or exchange once the transaction has been completed. There are exceptional cases however that are eligible for exchange only:
All our products come with 1 (one) year warranty. Should any of our products be defective or run into any technical problems within the warranty period then we will be more than happy to have it fixed free of charge. Should our team of professionals be unable to fix the issue, we will take back the defective unit and replace it with a new unit all completely free of charge so you can get back to enjoying your unit ASAP.
Our warehousing and fulfillment teams work around the clock to ensure a fast and reliable delivery of all orders. However, Due to high order volumes we have from time to time received calls about shipment mistake and receiving items different from those included in the orders. If you have ordered a product and have accidentally received a product that does not match your order, simply contact our customer support team and have them notified of the situation. They will be able to have the exchange done for you as soon as possible so you can start enjoying your product in no time.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA} number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided, and have it ready for pickup during the scheduled Date/Time.
REPAIR / EXCHANGE
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your Repair or Exchange accordingly. Please allow at least 48 hours from the receipt of your item to process your request. We will notify you by email when your request has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
All returned items will be inspected by our experienced team of technicians. In the event that an item is returned for repair or exchange and the inspection reveals that the damages were caused by the customer and the unit was not factory defected, the customer will be responsible for the following charges:
LOCAL DELIVERY
We now offer 1-2 day FREE DELIVERY on all orders within GTA. We do offer delivery on orders outside GTA as well, however delivery fees are applicable to all orders from outside the GTA.
Note1: Only orders that fall in the following regions are eligible for free Delivery:
Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Markham, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax.
Note2: If you fall on the outside border of any of the above regions, contact customer service to find out if you are eligible for free delivery.
MULTIPLE UNIT ORDERS
For orders containing 10 or more units contact customer service to find out if your order is eligible for free delivery.
OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO ORDERS
If you are located outside of Ontario and have questions about shipment and delivery service, contact our customer service to find out how we can help you with your order.
SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIMES
All deliveries are scheduled in one of three (3) time intervals:
Customers are responsible to be available during the time of delivery to receive all packages. In the event that the customer is not available during the scheduled time of delivery all packages will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be responsible to pick up the items. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all restocking fees associated with the returned delivery.
Further, Should the customer decide to have the packages delivered to their address for a second time, delivery fees will be applicable.
COVID-19 GUIDLINES
We are proud to inform you that COVID safety regulations have not affected our delivery times and you will still receive your orders on time as promised. There are however some requirements that are in effect in order to ensure the safety of both our customers and delivery team which are as follow:
