All our deliveries are done by our last mile delivery partner, Swift Canal. Our shipping consists of 3 main geographical zones that are mentioned below.
Zone 1: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Orders within this zone will be eligible for free same-day or next-day delivery (for orders above C$100).
Zone 2: Within Ontario (Not Including GTA)
Ontario Express Shipping (2 – 5 Business Days)
Ontario Express Shipping is our fastest delivery option for Ontario. The orders will be shipped either by Swift Canal’s delivery team or expedited services from couriers such as FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, or Canpar.
Zone 3: Across Canada (States Other Than Ontario)
Canada Express Shipping (2 – 7 Business Days)
Canada Express Shipping is our fastest delivery option Across Canada. The orders will be shipped via expedited services from couriers such as FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, or Canpar. All orders to provinces other than Ontario must pay shipping fees at checkout. The shipping fee varies between C$20 and C$50.
Our shipping and fulfillment for provinces location outside Ontario is managed by Swift Canal 3PL.
During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.
